Pets

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $350 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.

Pets must be housebroken and properly vaccinated.
Vaccinations required: Rabies – if over 4 months old.
Pet Picture and Vaccination records are due at the time of application and lease renewal.
All pets must be added to the renters’ insurance policy.
Pets must always be on a leash while outside your residence, and all pet waste must be picked up.

If pets are in an altercation on the property, you may be responsible for an additional pet fee, increased pet rent, a fine, a pet prohibited from the property, or our lease may be terminated.
